YOGA WITH
A FUNCTIONAL APPROACH

In the functional approach to teaching Yoga Asanas (poses) there is no such thing as a “perfect pose.” ​Each body is unique, with differences in bone structure, size, and alignment, making it unrealistic, unnecessary, and sometimes even dangerous for everyone to look the same in a posture.

​

This approach focuses on what you feel, not how you look.

​

Yoga poses are supposed to gently stress the body’s 24 target areas using tension, contraction, and compression. The goal is the harmonizing of the flow of Chi or Prana, the vital energy that supports health, balance, flexibility, and mobility.

​

By letting go of the aesthetics ideas, you can explore variations that honor your anatomy and allow you to connect deeply with your body.

 

Yoga becomes a practice of feeling, introspection, and presence, rather than appearance and comparison to others.​

The Yin Reset

Yin Yoga and a Hypnotic Shavasana to melt away physical, emotional, and mental tensions.

Yin Yoga complements the more dynamic Yang styles like Hatha or Vinyasa. While Yang strengthens muscles and builds energy, Yin works gently through long-held, passive poses that target connective tissues, ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones.

With curiosity, kindness, and playfulness, we explore the body, the breath, the mind, and the joy of stillness. Each pose is an opportunity for strengthening our self-intimacy.

A Hypnotic Shavasana closes the class, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and deeply in tune with yourself.

Desk Relax

A Restorative Workplace Session that combines gentle movement with easy, mindful meditation and breathwork practices to ease tension, improve posture, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

Designed especially for teams and organizations, this unique practice reduces stress, boosts focus, and supports work-life balance.

By the end, participants feel refreshed, centered, and more connected to their own purpose, bringing presence and mindful awareness to a more conscious and intentional way of working.

Private Session

In individual sessions, we combine movement, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, nervous system regulation, and somatic exercises to create a practice designed just for you.

We start with a detailed assessment to understand your needs and goals, ensuring each session is unique and effective.

My aim is to help you release tension, improve mobility, restore balance, and provide practical tools to reduce stress and reconnect with your body and mind.

Renata has an impressive ability to connect with people, understand what they need and provide coaching for long term self-care.
