hypnotic shavasana
Shavasana (or Savasana), the “corpse pose,” is practiced at the end of a yoga session as a posture of deep rest and integration. The body lies flat on its back, eyes closed, with awareness resting on the breath and sensations, allowing a full absorption of the practice’s benefits.

Although it appears simple, Shavasana is often one of the most challenging yoga poses. When the body becomes still, the mind tends to resist — thoughts, restlessness, and subtle tension arise. The true practice lies in cultivating equanimity: remaining present with whatever unfolds, without judgment or control.

Hypnotic Shavasana is my unique integration of self-hypnosis into this restorative pose, designed to help you experience its depth more effortlessly. Through gentle language and therapeutic visualisation, I guide your subconscious to relax deeply, to restore, and to reset, in a light and natural way.
This allows both mind and body to settle into profound stillness, supporting a shift into the parasympathetic state (“rest and digest”), where release, healing, and renewal happen organically.
While it shares similarities with Yoga Nidra, the hypnotic protocols used in this practice work more directly with the subconscious mind, enhancing relaxation, focus, and emotional harmony.
This approach not only helps you to integrate the effects of your yoga practice more effectively but also opens the doorway to a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and renewal, that extends far beyond the mat.
