Renata has an impressive ability to connect with people, understand what they need and provide coaching for long term self-care. She was my yoga teacher for more than a year, but became much more than that. With personalized sessions, we covered a lot of different topics from breathing, yoga, meditation to coaching on how to manage stress, stay grounded and to connect with my body and mind. I would highly recommend Renata, and I’m looking forward to have her coaching me in the future.

I had the pleasure to join one of Renata's yin classes while visiting Berlin recently and it was a particularly resourceful moment for me. Renata is a warm and sensitive teacher who is talented at making everyone feel welcome in her space. Her ability to mix together her in-depth knowledge of yoga, meditation, and even hypnotherapy techniques made her class really special. I really took off to another world for an hour. I felt supported to dive into a vulnerable place within myself, and I came out of it feeling more connected, grounded and deeply rested. I highly recommend attending one of Renata's classes if you're seeking a moment of reconnection, intention, and care for yourself.

I’ve been going to Renata’s Yin classes for a few months now and really try not to miss a Monday. Her energy is full of warmth and dedication. With her calming voice and presence, Renata’s yin reset classes empty my mind and turn my body into jelly. She holds a very trusting and accepting space, paying attention and offering individual adjustments if a position isn’t quite right for your body at that moment, allowing you to completely let go.They also put me at risk of walking into lampposts on my way home, but it’s worth it!

Renata’s Yin class is something I look forward to every Monday, it is the perfect opportunity to shake off the busyness of a new week and surrender into a little reset. She holds the space with a beautifully calming presence and I feel inspired by her impulses to let go more deeply.
I enjoy that her classes always address different areas of the body and end with a special hypnotic shavasana, which helps me to get out of my head into feeling.
Every time I go, I feel my energy has shifted!
